Sara Kirsch

Sara Kirsch serves as the Senior Director of Merchandising and General Manager (DMM) for Technology Products at Staples since March 2023. From January 2018 to March 2023, Sara held multiple leadership roles at Wayfair, including Head of Private Label Commodity Brands and Head of Sales Planning and Operations Strategy, where responsibilities encompassed strategic planning, business insights, and the transformation of the education furniture business. Prior to Wayfair, Sara was a Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group and worked at PwC as a Risk Assurance Manager, Senior Associate, and Associate. Sara holds an M.B.A. from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and History from Union College.
