Laura Ward, SHRM-CP, has over 25 years of experience in human resources across various industries. Currently serving as the Sr. HRIS and Benefits Specialist at Star Cutter Company since January 2025, Laura previously held positions as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at both Cirba Solutions and Kongsberg Automotive, and as a Human Resources Generalist/Benefits Specialist at Atlas Oil Company. Additional roles include Area Human Resources Manager at Securitas Security Services USA, Inc., and Human Resources Manager at loanDepot, where Laura contributed to building a workforce and managing HR functions for a new location. Laura’s extensive background also includes serving as Human Resources Manager/Assistant to the President at Frank W Kerr Company, managing various corporate projects. Laura holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Oakland University.
