Matt Gillmer

Matt Gillmer is an accomplished video and audio producer with extensive experience at Star Tribune since December 1998, where responsibilities include producing, shooting, and editing various video content, managing production budgets and schedules, and mentoring junior team members. Previous roles included serving as Art Director, where communication with department heads defined advertising objectives, and managing multifaceted advertising projects. Prior experience includes working as a Production Artist/Designer at Campbell Mithun Advertising, creating diverse print and media materials for major clients, and as a Production Manager/Designer at Gardner Design, overseeing the production of various creative outputs. Matt Gillmer holds a degree in Film Scoring from Berklee College of Music and has education from Minneapolis College of Art and Design.
