Ivan Vetoshkin

Ivan Vetoshkin is an experienced Character Outsourcing Manager currently at Starbreeze Studios since September 2021, having previously held the same position at Digital Forms LLC from August 2020 to September 2021. With a solid background in team management and client communication, Ivan has overseen multiple teams of artists on various AAA projects, emphasizing quality control, mentorship of junior artists, and the creation of project-specific pipelines. Prior to this, Ivan served as Lead Character Artist at Sperasoft from November 2012 to July 2020, progressing from a junior artist to a team lead overseeing ten individuals. Ivan's expertise encompasses digital sculpting, texturing, UV mapping, and modeling at various levels of detail. Ivan holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication from the Information Technology University of Tashkent, earned between 2008 and 2012.
