Rachelle Barber is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community habilitation and care coordination. Rachelle has also held positions as a Self-Hire Community Habilitation Specialist at both Starbridge and Happiness House, where tasks included assisting clients with daily living activities and medical support. Prior experience includes roles with Person Centered Services Care Coordination Organization, LLC, and Arc of Monroe County, focusing on coordination of care and direct support for individuals with disabilities. Rachelle's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Leadership and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Health Care Administration from Roberts Wesleyan University, complemented by an Associate degree from Monroe Community College.
