Job Description If you live and breathe marketing, this is the role for you! We’re looking for a flexible and versatile marketer who will be responsible for the growth of our sales channels. Responsibilities include tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity. To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience with web analytics tools and be able to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects. Ultimately, you will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels. If you are hands-on, energetic and interested in working with a new brand across a variety of projects i.e. content, PR, Campaign creation and analysis, digital marketing and client advocacy initiatives, this is the role for you!
Responsibilities
Build marketing programs focussing on 3 key areas:
Position Starcircle as Global Leader in Talent Sourcing
Client Acquisition
Grow Revenue in Existing Clients
Lead successful marketing campaigns and own implementation from ideation to execution
Evaluate the impact of marketing programs including impact on lead flow, LTV and retention, gain insights and access against goals
Propose and manage marketing research projects to generate consumer insights supporting improved marketing strategy and communications
Build content marketing strategies to position Starcircle as thought leader. This will include whitepapers, client case studies, blogs etc.
Ensure our messaging and brand is always aligned with our vision and mission
Partner with creative teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors
Map out the full end to end marketing plan for all touch points on the client journey
Requirements 5+ years experience in a similar type role, preferably in a fast-paced growth organisation. Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends) Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement Good understanding and experience of CRM (Hubspot) and marketing automation
Desirable Criteria Specialism in a key marketing discipline is a big plus (i.e. digital or direct marketing, events, campaigns or content creation) Experience with Customer Advocacy Programmes will be an advantage An understanding of the talent acquisition process, with specific emphasis on talent sourcing and talent engagement is preferred Self-directed with the ability to thrive in an unstructured environment; comfortable with ambiguity. Familiar with G-Suite products
This role will begin remotely. We will return to the office in Cork, Ireland when COVID-19 Government restrictions ease.
