Matthew Iveson started their career in 2010 as a Software Technical Support at Nochex. Matthew then worked as a Junior .NET Developer and later as a .NET Developer, where they developed web applications and converted legacy applications into new .NET framework.
In 2014, they joined Arena Group as a Software Developer, where they led bespoke customer projects, introduced Test Driven Development (TDD), and provided technical support on the helpdesk. Matthew also coached and mentored junior developers and participated in the interview process for new developers.
In 2018, Matthew joined Xerox as an EDM Software Delivery Manager. In this role, they developed features for the mstore web product using the scrum framework, led the design and development of customer projects, and managed a team of developers and engineers. Matthew was responsible for project delivery, recruitment and onboarding, UI design, and tackling performance and complex issues.
Currently, Matthew is working as an Associate Director of Product Development at StarCompliance, starting in 2023.
From 2008 to 2011, Matthew Iveson attended the University of Leeds where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computing.
