Sigrid Solovjov is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in people operations and recruitment. Currently serving as the Head of People Operations at Stargate Hydrogen since May 2022, Sigrid leads talent attraction and employee experience initiatives. Previous roles include Recruitment Consultant at United Talents OÜ, where Sigrid managed comprehensive recruitment processes for various management and specialist positions. Sigrid also has managerial experience from Hotel Catering OÜ, overseeing operations for multiple cafes, and served as COO at T grupp AS, where Sigrid led significant organizational changes. Additional roles include Communications Manager at Mootor Grupp AS and Office Manager positions at AS Tavid and Meeskonnakoolitus ja Arendus. Sigrid holds a Master's degree in Business Management from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology.
