Celso Sumbing

Celso Sumbing boasts extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently holding the position of Lead Engineer at StarHub since July 2001, following roles as Senior Engineer and Engineer within the same company. Previous professional experience includes serving as a Network Engineer at Harmony Telecommunications from September 2000 to June 2001 and as an Engineer at Bayan Telecommunications from 1995 to September 2000. Celso Sumbing holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of the East, earned between 1989 and 1992, and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician from Mapúa University, completed from 1986 to 1989.
