Chris Lai

Chris Lai is an experienced professional in business operations and legal administration, currently serving as the Lead for Business Operations & Contract Administration in the Enterprise Business Group at StarHub since September 2021. Previously, Chris worked at Nokia from December 2012 to May 2021, holding various roles including HR Consultant and Business Operations Manager, where responsibilities included performance management guidance and project contract management. Chris's background also includes senior legal roles at Adobe Systems Pte Ltd, Advent Law Corporation, Ari, Goh & Partners, and Heng & Co, where skills in legal documentation, team leadership, and client communications were developed. Early career experience includes customer service with UOB. Chris holds a Diploma in Law from the University of London and a Diploma in Sales and Marketing from the Marketing Institute of Singapore.
