Francis Sundarraj

Francis Sundarraj is an accomplished professional in the field of network engineering with extensive experience in various technical and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Senior Network Engineering Lead and Technical Delivery Architect-Team Lead at StarHub since July 2021, Francis previously held the position of Presales Consultant at Ingram Micro, where responsibilities included providing technical solutions and architecture design for Networking and Security Solutions. Prior to that, Francis worked at Fujisoft Technology LLC as a Network Engineer, managing enterprise networks and Active Directory systems, and as a Sales Executive, engaging with unified systems and communication solutions. Early career experience includes a Customer Service Associate role at HTMT and as a Customer Service Officer at first source, focusing on client relationships in telecommunications. Francis holds a Bachelor of Science in Cyber Security and Forensic Computing from the University of Portsmouth and a Diploma in Computer Engineering from Kumaran Polytechnic College.
