Kate Lock

Kate Lock is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in legal and commercial roles. Currently serving as the Assistant Bid & Commercial Manager at StarHub since October 2022, Kate previously held the position of Senior Deal Specialist at Oracle, where significant achievements included the completion of a complex Unlimited License Agreement in less than four days. Prior to Oracle, Kate worked as a Legal Associate at Azmi & Associates, specializing in capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, and banking and financing, contributing to various IPOs, due diligence exercises, and legal compliance matters. Kate holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Liverpool and completed Cambridge A-Levels in Law and Economics at Brickfields Asia College.
