Sanni Koskela has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources and recruitment. Sanni currently serves as the Chief People & Culture Officer at Staria, a position they have held since September 2020. Prior to this, Sanni worked as the HR Director at Cloudator for five years, from October 2015 to September 2020. Sanni also worked at Microsoft as a Recruiter from April 2014 to October 2015, and at Nokia in various recruitment roles from March 2011 to April 2014, including the positions of Recruiter, Junior Recruiter, and Recruitment Coordinator. Sanni's earliest work experience in HR was as an HR Trainee at Kämp Group from January 2010 to July 2010.
Sanni Koskela completed their MSc. in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Oulu from 2006 to 2011. Their field of study included management, marketing, psychology, and corporate law.
