Allan Damgaard

Allan Damgaard currently serves as the Head of Performance Management at STARK since September 2021 and is also an External Lecturer at the University of Southern Denmark, focusing on finance and advising BSc theses since September 2016. Previous experience includes roles as Chief Financial Planner & Analyst at Bunker Holding A/S and Executive Assistant at Vega Salmon A/S, where responsibilities encompassed strategy facilitation, corporate responsibility reporting, and KPI system development. Allan began a finance career at DONG Energy as part of the Financial Planning & Reporting team, having earlier worked as a Business Controller at Bianco Footwear and as a Teaching Assistant in mathematics, statistics, and microeconomics at the University of Southern Denmark. Allan holds a Master's degree in Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration & Economics from Syddansk Universitet, along with an AP degree in Financial Management from the International Business Academy.
