Rafael Fichtner

Rafael Fichtner has worked for four companies in the past decade. Rafael began their career in 2012 as a Pricing and Costing Intern at Raízen. From 2014 to 2019, they worked as a Business Analyst and Planning and Control Analyst - Real Estate Development at Burger King do Brasil. In 2019, they joined Creditas as a Credit Modeling - Lead and Credit Modeling - Analyst. Their role included business strategy execution, data analysis, hypothesis definition and A/B tests, business financial modeling, and credit experience tribe strategy and product roadmap execution. In 2022, they joined STARK BANK as a Business Development Specialist.

Rafael Fichtner has a diverse educational background. Rafael completed a Post-Graduation in Marketing from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa between 2016 and 2019. Prior to that, they earned a degree in Economics from Ibmec between 2009 and 2013. In addition, they have obtained five certifications: Full Stack Development from MIT xPRO (2021), Product Manager from Cursos PM3 (2020), Data Science For All - DS4A Latam & Softbank from Correlation One (2020), Machine Learning from Coursera (2018), and CPA-20 from ANBIMA (2019).
