Patricia's career also features significant positions at Sitel, such as Sr. Director of Data Warehousing & Business Intelligence, where leadership resulted in the establishment of a global data management team. Patricia holds an MBA in Management Information Systems and a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Management Information Systems from the University at Buffalo.
