Joseph Rozario

Joseph Rozario is a skilled engineer with extensive experience in microelectronics and manufacturing. Currently serving as a Senior Microelectronic Manufacturing Engineer at Starkey Hearing since March 2022, Joseph provides engineering support for hearing aid flex PCBA manufacturing, focusing on process validation and design transfer for continuous improvement and new product introduction projects. Previously, Joseph held the position of Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, where responsibilities included supporting Immunoassay and Urinalysis instrument production and troubleshooting manufacturing failures. At Polar Semiconductor, LLC, Joseph worked as a Failure Analysis Engineer, providing analytical services and conducting electrical and physical failure analysis. Joseph’s academic background includes a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Michigan Technological University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the Military Institute of Science and Technology. Research efforts at the graduate level involved developing high-quality GaN crystals for photovoltaic applications.
