Ken McClain

Director of Ticket Services at Starlight Theatre

Ken McClain has worked in the theatre industry for over 20 years. Ken began their career working in telesales and telefundraising at the Goodman Theatre in Chicago. In 2002, they moved to Artsmarketing Services Inc., where they worked as a senior campaign director. In 2009, Ken McClain started their own company, McClain Sales & Fundraising Services. Ken then worked as the director of patron services at the Lyric Opera of Kansas City from 2010 to 2014. Ken McClain is currently the director of ticket services at Starlight Theatre.

Ken McClain has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and a Bachelor of Science from Central Michigan University.

They work with Bess Wallerstein Huff - Vice President of Marketing and Sales, Lindsey Rood-Clifford - Vice President of Philanthropy / COO, and Bill Waugh - Vice President of Concerts & Information Systems. Ken McClain reports to Rich Baker, President/CEO.
