Kacie Long is a Product Engineering Manager at Starline, where responsibilities include managing a global team of engineers and drafters in the rapid customization and design of power distribution systems since June 2018. Previously, Kacie served as a Manufacturing Test Engineering Manager, leading a diverse international team in the development of over 100 customized production testing systems. Kacie's experience includes a role as an Electrical Engineer II at Universal Electric Corporation, where communication between manufacturing and engineering was facilitated, and automated test equipment was developed. Earlier, Kacie participated in the Engineering Leadership Development Program at Lockheed Martin and completed engineering internships at Boeing, Pratt & Whitney, and GE Aviation. Kacie holds a Master of Engineering in Systems Engineering from Penn State Great Valley and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Penn State University.
