Hayley Swain

Hayley Swain is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various roles within the human resources sector. Currently serving as a Senior People Partner at Starling Bank since July 2019, Hayley also founded and directs CourageHR. Previous positions include Head of HR at Norwich City Football Club and HR Business Partner at Yum! Restaurants International. Hayley has built a strong foundation in HR management, having held senior roles at Hiscox and Churchill Insurance, along with a focus on development and training at TXU. Educational credentials include a degree in Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) from the University of Suffolk and A Levels from Northgate Sixth Form.
