Michele Rousseau

Michele Rousseau is an accomplished marketing executive with extensive experience in leading global marketing initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as the Chief Marketing Officer at Starling Bank since November 2024, Michele previously held the position of SVP, Global Marketing & Creative at Expedia Group from September 2021 to November 2024. Prior to that, a significant tenure at Apple spanned over a decade, during which Michele held multiple leadership roles, including Managing Director and Head Of Brand, Advertising and Retail Communications. Michele's earlier career included a prominent role as Head of Integrated Marketing at Xbox for Microsoft from 2001 to 2009. Educationally, Michele earned a Bachelor's degree in Marine Biology and Biological Oceanography from Swansea University between 1991 and 1994.
