Anna Gulko

Anna Gulko is an experienced Learning and Development Manager at StarNet since September 2022, previously serving as a Business Consultant and Project Manager at BDC Creative from April 2019 to October 2022. Anna's expertise includes coordinating both local and international projects, providing copywriting and content marketing services, and facilitating coaching and mentoring sessions. Additional experience includes roles as a Licensed Psychologist at CONCORDIA Social Projects, a Psychology Specialist at La Strada International in Moldova, and as a Consulting Psychologist at the Community Mental Health Center. Anna co-founded ASCENDING LLC, where a focus was placed on sales and marketing. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the State University of Moldova and a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs.
