Craig Valentine

Craig Valentine is a seasoned professional in the insurance industry with extensive experience in operations and premium audit. Currently serving as the Vice President and Head of Operations for US Business at Starr Insurance since October 2022, Craig leads critical service operations that support the company's offerings. Prior to this role, Craig held multiple leadership positions at American International Group from September 2006 to October 2022, including Vice President and Head of the Premium Audit Division, where responsibilities encompassed managing the Midwest Region and large corporate accounts. Craig began the career as a Field Auditor and progressed through various roles, demonstrating expertise in audit management and client relations. Craig holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Georgia Southern University, obtained in 2003.
