Phil Giddings

Phil Giddings is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in talent management and development, currently serving as the HR Director for International and UK & Europe at Starr Insurance Companies since July 2016. In this role, Phil oversees HR, talent, and reward/payroll activities across the UK, Bermuda, and Europe. Previously, Phil held various positions at the Financial Ombudsman Service from April 2012 to July 2016, including Lead Learning and Development Consultant and Learning and Development Training Officer. Phil holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc Hons) in Geography and Economics (Regional Science) from the University of Reading, completed in 2011.
