William Carroll, CPA, CFA, currently serves as Director and Head of Investment Operations and Reporting at Starr Insurance Companies since September 2021. Prior to this role, William worked as an Investment Analyst at SkyView Investment Advisors from January 2018 to September 2021. William's professional journey includes significant experience at EY, where tenure ranged from Manager to Senior Associate and Staff Accountant in Assurance Asset Management from August 2012 to August 2017. William began earlier experience as a Summer Intern at EY and GF Capital Management & Advisors, LLC in 2011 and 2010, respectively. William holds a Master of Science in Accounting from Siena University (2011-2012) and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the same institution (2007-2011).
