Olivia Anni

Olivia Anni is a seasoned talent acquisition and people partner with extensive experience in recruitment and human resources. Currently at Starship Technologies since May 2023, Olivia began in Tallinn, Estonia, and later relocated to Munich, Germany. Prior to this, Olivia held several roles at Pipedrive from October 2018 to December 2022, culminating in the position of Recruitment Team Lead, where responsibilities included leading a team to support global hiring, implementing a Junior Product Manager recruitment program, and enhancing candidate experiences. Earlier career experiences include recruitment roles at Eesti Energia and Talentor Estonia, focusing on full-cycle recruiting and collaborating with hiring managers across various industries. Olivia holds a Master’s degree in Business Communication and Foreign Languages and a Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Languages and Business Administration from Estonian Business School.
