Debra Pacchiano is the Vice President of Translational Research at Start Early and the Director of Research to Practice Improvement at The Ounce of Prevention Fund. Debra has extensive experience in coordinating initiatives, developing curricula, and conducting research in the field of early childhood education. Debra holds a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from Indiana University Bloomington and a B.A. in Psychology and Public Policy from the University of Minnesota.
