With a background in research and program management, Dionne has worked in various organizations such as Child Care Aware of America, Danya International, National Institutes of Health, Penngood, The Finance Project, and more. Dionne holds a Ph.D. in Applied Developmental Psychology from the University of Miami, among other degrees. Throughout their career, Dionne has demonstrated expertise in areas such as child and maternal health, education, health equity, and research methodology.
