Michael Rapelyea is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in investment management, government affairs, and finance. Currently serving as a Board Member at Start Early since June 2023, Michael focuses on enhancing early learning access for families. As the CEO and Founder of Bosun Asset Management since March 2023, Michael aims to combat underrepresentation in the investment sector while providing strong returns for clients. Prior to these roles, Michael was the Vice President of Government Affairs at Viasat Inc. for over 13 years, where advocacy for affordable broadband for underserved communities was a priority. Michael also held leadership positions at RDM, Wells Fargo, and Bank of America, contributing to significant financial transactions across various industries. Educationally, Michael holds an MBA from Georgetown University and a BBA from Bucknell University.
