About the Role: The External Initiatives Associate Pool supports Start Proud’s key programs and events by staffing volunteers across various initiatives. In this entry-level role, you will be assigned to projects based on your interest and availability, working with teams to deliver impactful initiatives such as Out On Bay Street (OOBS), Leaders to be Proud Of, the Mentorship Program, and Workshops.
You will have the opportunity to contribute to the planning and execution of these programs, working closely with initiative leads and team members to support everything from event logistics to marketing and community engagement. Your contributions will help further Start Proud’s mission of empowering the LGBTQ+ community through leadership and inclusion programs.
