Entrepreneur In Residence at Start-Up Chile

José de Menezes is an accomplished entrepreneur and director with extensive experience in the tech industry. Currently serving as an investor and director at Charmeá since February 2022, and as the founder and CEO of Vai.la, a Brazilian link shortener, since November 2021. José is also the founder and CEO of Learncafe, an e-learning platform established in September 2010 that addresses the educational gap in Brazil. With a strong background in software development and IT consulting, José has held various roles including Entrepreneur In Residence at Start-Up Chile and founder of Detetive.net, a search engine active from January 1998 to December 2011. José's early career involved web development and usability programming, contributing to multiple projects and companies. José holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, graduated in 2007.
