Diksha Arora

Diksha (Dee) Arora holds an extensive background in leadership roles within the customer experience and operations sectors. Currently serving as the SVP & Executive Director for Startek ANZ, as well as Country Vice President for ANZ, Diksha has previously held significant positions such as Director of CX at Converge International, Group Manager of Sales & Service at TSA Group, and Group Manager of Operations at BMS Interactive. Additionally, Diksha has experience in various management roles across Learning & Development, Quality Assurance, and Team Management, and served as Branch Operations Manager at Aviva.
