Matthias Gräf is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in the digital media and startup sectors. As CEO of Golf Post since June 2012, Matthias has led Germany's largest independent online golf magazine, focusing on international tournaments and equipment from a German perspective. Concurrently, as Co-Founder and CEO of STARTPLATZ, Matthias has established a key incubator for startups in Cologne, offering vital support through conferences and workshops. Previous roles include Senior Consultant at Booz & Company and positions at Globalpark AG, Booz Allen Hamilton, and PwC. Matthias holds a Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Cologne and an MBA from the Asian Institute of Management.

STARTPLATZ is a startup incubator and accelerator with branches in Cologne and Düsseldorf and functions as a hub for the Rheinland ecosystem and the local founders’ scene.
