Neha Pawar is the Head of Data Platform at StarTree, holding the title of Founding Engineer. Prior to that, Neha worked as an Engineering Manager at The Apache Software Foundation, specializing in Apache Pinot. With experience as a Senior Software Engineer at LinkedIn and a Software Engineer at Yahoo, Neha has a strong background in real-time analytics and anomaly detection projects. Neha also worked as a Software Engineer at TIBCO Software, where Neha designed a Global Referral Management System. Neha holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from COEP Technological University.
