As a member of the Operators Guild, Licha collaborates with leaders across the tech sector. Previously at NextRoll from 2014 to 2022, Licha held multiple roles, including Chief of Staff and Director of Product Strategy, driving cross-functional alignment and technological innovation. Licha's background includes operational roles at arvato Financial Solutions and early experience as a tattoo artist. Education includes a BA (Hons) in Psychology from the National College of Ireland and a degree in Business Administration from Private Business School Pelzl.

Startup Leadership Program (SLP) is a not-for-profit/no-equity accelerator focused on developing early stage entrepreneurs. More than 3,000 founders have completed SLP and collectively raised over $650M; our NYC chapter alone comprises 280 founders that have raised over $400M. During our 6 month curriculum, entrepreneurs learn some of the key fundamentals about starting and growing a company, negotiating a term sheet, developing a marketing strategy, and many other technical and non-technical aspects of leadership from some of the most prominent people in the NYC startup scene.
