At Accenture, significant achievements included a seven-year tenure as a Senior Healthcare Consultant, emphasizing project management and healthcare delivery improvements. With a background in project management at Epic, Hartman played a crucial role in implementing electronic medical records for large healthcare organizations. Hartman’s educational background includes a Master of Science in Computer Science with a concentration in Health Tech from Cornell Tech and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Government from Cornell University.

Startup Leadership Program (SLP) is a not-for-profit/no-equity accelerator focused on developing early stage entrepreneurs. More than 3,000 founders have completed SLP and collectively raised over $650M; our NYC chapter alone comprises 280 founders that have raised over $400M. During our 6 month curriculum, entrepreneurs learn some of the key fundamentals about starting and growing a company, negotiating a term sheet, developing a marketing strategy, and many other technical and non-technical aspects of leadership from some of the most prominent people in the NYC startup scene.
