Olga Melniciuc serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Startup Moldova, where the foundation focuses on empowering Moldovan startups through innovation and resource access. In addition, Melniciuc is a Venture Capital Fellow Alumna at Included VC and the Founder and Executive Director of Investitii.md, a consultancy specializing in business financing. Melniciuc has held various roles such as Partner, mentor, and business angel at XY Partners, and Consultant Team Lead at UN Women and EBRD, leading evaluations and supporting initiatives aimed at promoting women entrepreneurs. Melniciuc co-founded the Association of Women Entrepreneurs in Moldova and has a rich educational background, including a Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship in Business and Finance from Boston University.
