Stephanie Ward

Stephanie Ward currently serves as Vice President of Business and Legal Affairs at Starz, a position held since January 2020. Prior to this role, Stephanie worked as Vice President of Business and Legal Affairs at 44 Blue Productions and as Director of Business Development and Legal Affairs at Electus LLC, where responsibilities included negotiating and drafting talent agreements for various projects. Earlier experience includes senior roles at Discovery Communications, where Stephanie negotiated agreements for both first-time talent and celebrities, as well as work at WOLF, RIFKIN, SHAPIRO, SCHULMAN, AND RABKIN, LLP, and FOX STUDIOS, focusing on contract law. Stephanie holds a Juris Doctor from USC Gould School of Law and a Bachelor's Degree in Evolving Social and Political Institutions from Scripps College.
