Hailey Beard

Hailey Beard, M.A., is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public relations, business development, and academic advising. Currently serving as a Public Relations and Business Development Specialist at State Collection Service, Inc. since December 2016, Hailey manages internal and external communications while focusing on targeted marketing initiatives. In parallel, Hailey has been an Upper Division Academic Advisor and Instructor at Ball State University since January 2017, offering personalized support and immersive learning experiences to students. Previous roles include Marketing and Communications Manager at Indiana Wesleyan University, Public Relations Account Manager at The David Owsley Museum of Art, and various managerial positions in retail. Hailey earned a Master’s Degree in Public Relations and a Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications Management from Ball State University.
