David Hale has held various roles throughout their work experience. David started their career at PwC in 1981 as a Senior Manager, and worked there until 1989. Following this, they joined Bank of America as a Vice President from 1989 to 1992. David then worked for KPMG as a Senior Manager from 1992 to 1995. In 1995, Hale joined State National Companies as an Executive Vice President, COO & CFO, and held this position until their retirement in 2018.
David Hale received a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from The University of Texas at Arlington, where they studied from 1980 to 1981. In October 1986, they obtained certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy.

(SNIC), National Specialty Insurance Company (NSIC) and United Specialty Insurance Company (USIC). As of December 31, 2016, SNIC and NSIC were admitted carriers licensed to write property and casualty business in all 50 states and the District of Columbia. USIC is an admitted carrier in Delaware.
