Katie Hughes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in various leadership and analytical roles. Currently serving as Division Director and Fiscal Analyst at the State of Indiana since August 2023, Katie previously held positions including Producing Branch Manager at Guaranteed Rate and Loan Consultant at Caliber Home Loans, Inc. Past experience also includes roles at F.C. Tucker Company, Inc. as Broker-to-Broker Coordinator & Customer Care Supervisor, Client Care Manager at Tish Flooring, and Branch Team Leader at Regions Bank. Katie began her career at F.C. Tucker Company as a Personal Service Coordinator. Katie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and International Studies from the Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, obtained in 2010.
