David Burnham

David Burnham is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in system architecture and application development. Currently serving as a Pega Certified Lead System Architect at ACC3 International since January 2023, David has also held significant roles at Segue Technologies and the State of Maine as a Pega Lead Architect and Pega Senior System Architect, respectively. With a strong background in developing IT initiatives, David was previously the CIO at Patient Performance Institute, where leadership and vision were key to enhancing enterprise IT systems. David's career includes influential positions at Highmark Inc., Sprint, and Pegasystems, alongside a long tenure at Medco as Sr Director, focusing on PegaSystems software applications. David also established Lexicom and contributed to the tech landscape at Intellicare as VP of Application Development. David holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Temple University.
