Jermaine Shoatz Mpa

Jermaine Shoatz, MPA, is an experienced IT Specialist currently working with the State Department since October 2014 and the USDA, while also serving as the Director of Constituent Services for the State of Maryland since September 2016. Jermaine has a robust background in technical support, project management, and governance, with a focus on resolving technical issues and enhancing constituent services. Additional roles include IT and College Prep Specialist at DC Parks and Recreation, Computer Instructor at R. Emmanuel Consulting, and IT Help Desk Specialist at the US Census. Jermaine holds a Master of Public Administration in Public Policy Analysis from Bowie State University and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Cheyney University of Pennsylvania.
