Roger Lewis

Roger Lewis is an experienced procurement and contracts manager with a diverse background spanning over two decades in public and private sectors. Currently serving as the Procurement and Contracts Manager for the State of Maryland since January 2013, Roger manages procurement processes and ensures regulatory compliance while collaborating with various departments. Previous roles include Senior Subcontract Administrator at SAIC, Chief of Budget Management and Procurement at the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, and Manager of Corporate Sourcing at Provident Bank of Maryland. Roger holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Dyke College.
