Shannon Mack

Shannon Mack, M.S., MPA, has been serving as an Agent Senior in the Division of Parole and Probation for the State of Maryland since April 2005. Prior to this role, Shannon worked as a Development Assistant at the Baltimore Community Foundation from 2001 to 2004. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Government and Nonprofit Management from the University of Southern California (2015-2018), a Master of Science in Forensic Studies from Stevenson University (2008-2011), and a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Society from Hood College (1995-1999). Shannon is a graduate of Western High School, where advanced high school diplomas were earned from 1991 to 1995.
