Michael Murphy has extensive experience in client support and information technology within various departments of the State of Missouri. Currently serving as Client Support Supervisor since August 2014, Michael leads a team of Tier II Help Desk staff, providing crucial support to multiple offices, including the Governor's Office. Previous roles include Information Technologist IV and Information Technologist II, where Michael supported over 8,000 end users in the Department of Corrections and Department of Economic Development. Michael also contributed to the Missouri Department of Transportation as an Information Systems Technologist, offering end user support to over 5,000 users and packaging software solutions. Early in the career, Michael worked as a Help Desk Specialist at the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services, where responsibilities included leading training efforts for the Missouri WIC Information Network System. Education includes studies at Columbia College and Lincoln University (MO).
