Currently serving as a Disability Case Manager for the State of Ohio since July 2020, Desiree previously worked as a Customer Service Specialist at Medical Mutual and as a Financial Services Representative at New York Community Bancorp, Inc. Experience also includes a role as a Patient Access Representative at Cleveland Clinic and a Sales Associate at Ann Taylor. Desiree completed an MBA in Business Administration and Management at Cleveland State University and earned a degree from Kent State University. Additional experience includes an internship at Art of Cloth.
