Hope Strain

Hope Strain, PHR, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in human capital management and recruitment. Currently serving as a Human Capital Management Sr. Analyst and Personnel Officer for the State of Ohio since September 2020, Hope previously held the position of Recruiting Supervisor at White Castle from 2019 to 2020. Prior experience includes roles as a Human Capital Management Analyst at the State of Ohio from November 2017 to November 2019, Health and Wellness Coordinator at Humana from January 2016 to November 2017, and Job Opportunities Counselor for Franklin County from 2004 to 2015. Hope holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Anthropology from Ohio Wesleyan University and a Master of Human Resource Management from Strayer University.
