Bob Cummings

Bob Cummings, Ph.D., CISSP, PMP, serves as the Principal Legislative Analyst for IT at the State of Oregon. Previously, Bob held the position of Deputy Director of the Enterprise Architecture Branch at the State of California's Legislative Data Center from January 2006 to April 2008, where responsibilities included overseeing enterprise architects, quality assurance, quality control, the enterprise process center, the project management office, and the enterprise training office. Bob earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University.
