Felecia Rollins

Felecia Rollins is a skilled graphic designer with extensive experience in visual communications across various industries. Currently serving as a Graphic Designer for the State of Oregon since August 2021, Felecia focuses on creating materials for the Oregon Health Authority's COVID-19 response and the Oregon Department of Human Services. Felecia also operates a self-employed design practice since October 2014, delivering high-quality branding and promotional materials while expanding a diverse client base. Previous roles include designing for Terminal Gravity Brewing Inc., Fred Meyer Jewelers, and Pamplin Communications, where Felecia contributed to notable publications and marketing campaigns. Felecia holds a degree in Journalism, Design, and Reporting from the University of Oregon.
